A listening book is useless without the audio files. The physical book comes with a CD, and the publisher (Sokosha) has historically been strict about digital distribution. If you find a "PDF" online, you often have to hunt for pirated audio files separately. These files are frequently low quality, missing tracks, or labeled incorrectly, leading to hours of frustration.
