To find your Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 save data, you must first understand that Yuzu does not store saves in the game’s installation folder (where the .nsp or .xci file resides). Instead, you must navigate through the emulator’s user directory.

The Path to Victory:

Open Yuzu.
Click on File in the top-left menu bar.
Select Open Yuzu Folder. This launches the file explorer directly to the emulator's root.
From here, the path is a deep dive: nand > user > save > 0000000000000000 > 000008E60488E000.

Note: The final folder (000008E60488E000) is the Title ID specifically for Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3. If you have multiple games, the save folder will contain multiple subfolders with different long strings of numbers. Look for the one ending in E000.

Inside this folder, you will find the holy grail: a file named savedata0.bin. This single file contains your story progress, your unlocked characters (from Naruto to Minato), and your Ninja Info Card collection.

2. Save Feature in the Game Itself

During battle/story mode: Pause → select “Save” (not just “Suspend”).
After battle: The game auto-saves (look for the small saving icon).
Ultimate Adventure mode: Save at Sakura’s inn (manual save points).
