Plot Summary (No Spoilers)

A group of dangerous criminals extradited from the Philippines to South Korea is being transported on a massive cargo ship. Among them is the ruthless Jong-doo (Seo In-guk), whose gang aims to hijack the vessel mid-journey. However, their plan collides with a far greater threat: a secret, genetically enhanced super-soldier codenamed “Project Wolf” that awakens in the ship’s hold.

What follows is a claustrophobic bloodbath as prisoners, guards, and the monstrous wolf-creature fight for survival.
