I have uploaded the latest and final Flash File (Firmware) for the Nokia E71 (RM-346). If you are dealing with a dead phone, hanging on the Nokia logo, or needing a hard reset via software flash, this is the file you need.

📲 Step 3: Flash the Phone (Phoenix Method)

  1. Put phone into Local Mode:

    • Turn off the phone.
    • Connect USB to PC.
    • Hold ‘T’ key on your keyboard and connect the phone → Check in Device Manager for “Nokia USB ROM” device.

  2. Open Phoenix:

    • Go to File → Manage Connections.
    • Select USB → No connection → Scan.
    • Ensure “Nokia USB ROM” is detected → Apply → Close.

  3. Load firmware:

    • Flashing → Firmware Update.
    • Click ... next to “Product code” → Select your phone’s product code or RM-346.
    • Phoenix will auto-select the latest firmware in the folder.

  4. Start flash:

    • Click Update → Confirm data loss warning.
    • The process takes 5–10 minutes. Do not touch anything.

  5. Finish:

    • Phone will reboot when done.
    • Perform a hard reset if it gets stuck: *#7370# (code 12345).
