Setup checklist (initial rollout)

  1. Design data model: Decide fields required (IB authorizations, certifications, start/end dates).
  2. Map roles & permissions: Define who can view/edit each field (HR, HODs, teacher self-edit).
  3. Prepare data: Export HR records in CSV; clean names, IDs, emails, and start dates.
  4. Import & verify: Bulk-import staff; verify with department heads.
