2. Major Bug Fixes & Balance Changes
1.2 Dynamic Blood Pressure Terrain
Blood pressure is no longer a static number. In v0.7, vessels now have variable compliance based on:
- Circadian Rhythm Sync: BP spikes 18% harder during 4 AM–6 AM (The "Witching Window").
- Emotional Event Queue: Suppressed anger now adds a +15 mmHg persistent modifier that stacks with salt intake.
- Postural Transient Overload: Standing up too fast triggers a 3-second "greyout" debuff if left ventricular mass is >115g/m².
2.1 Nerfed: "Sudden Cardiac Arrest" Random Crits
- Previously: A 0.5% chance per decade of life.
- Now: Replaced with "Ventricular Tachycardia Storm" – a triggered event that requires three stacked modifiers (ischemia + electrolyte imbalance + sympathetic surge). No more random one-shots. Death must be earned.
