- All tips (cash and digital) are pooled for the hour.
- Tips are split equally among every Broista on the floor that hour.
- Crucially: Shift leads and above cannot take tips unless they are actively working the bar/ window. If a manager touches the iPad to help for 5 minutes, they still cannot take tips. This is strictly enforced.
